Involving the younger generation in Rumundu initiatives generates significant impact in communities, promoting inclusion, innovation and opportunity creation. Today, more than ever, it is crucial to support young people in finding their place in the world, offering education, psychological support and concrete tools to explore new perspectives and develop their potential.

Since 2013, Rumundu has involved around 500 young people each year in its training and entrepreneurship programmes. These young people, through their engagement, have developed more than 120 projects per year related to local development, actively contributing to the improvement of communities and the spread of sustainable living models.

TRAINING AND SUPPORT

Educational and training paths

We offer advanced training programmes to help young people develop skills that foster sustainability, innovation and leadership. Our courses aim to strengthen awareness of environmental and social issues, providing the tools needed to start projects and careers with a positive impact

Psychological support and guidance

We accompany young people on their growth path not only through technical training, but also with psychological support and guidance. We help them understand their own value and the opportunities available to them and guide them in setting personal and professional goals.

Development of local projects

Every year, the young people involved in our programmes develop around 120 innovative projects related to local development. These projects focus on topics such as urban regeneration, circular economy, environmental sustainability and social inclusion, creating positive and tangible impacts in communities.

Business idea incubation

We help young people turn ideas into sustainable realities through incubation and customised consultancy. We offer strategic support in developing business plans, accessing finance and defining innovative business models.

NETWORKING AND OPPORTUNITIES

Events and workshops

We organise events and workshops that foster the meeting of young talents, industry professionals, investors and potential partners. These initiatives create a networking ecosystem that helps young people expand their professional opportunities and access useful resources for developing their own projects.

Internships and apprenticeships

We offer young people internship and apprenticeship opportunities at companies and organisations that share our values of sustainability and social responsibility. These hands-on experiences are crucial to foster job placement and stimulate youth entrepreneurship.
